Okay, so I just finished reading the Great Book of Amber on Saturday. And I have some thoughts on it I need to get out due to deciding to write Amber!verse, as it's temporarily called. Or maybe Chaos!verse. Hmm. I'll call it Amber!verse for the moment.
But Corwin and his personality and his goodness despite his... coldness has made me decide that I sort of love those traits. And thus... Amber!verse, at least until further notice.
EDIT: This, btw, is an easy ninety-four paper.
Rough, but I like it.

Bard-'verse
General information: Very much an epic saga, Bard-'verse is the story of the kingdoms of Kearon and Vearin and their struggle to remain free of the clutches of the Trioperali Empire. Over the course of the full story-arc, Bren the sometime-bard, Princess Rania Ilare of Vearin, Count Isaren Cerrinan of Rennoer, and Lady Liarera Neeriar deal with corrupt governments, assassination attempts, and a war with an Empire which has never lost--and two kingdoms which need to be united to have any hope of remaining independent.

This is the list of all the 'verses I'm keeping, with brief summaries. They'll link to their own tables of contents, but I didn't want to clutter up my links list.
There may be more later. Check back for updates.

Welcome to my journal-thing.
Or something.
It's actually my official non-life-drama journal thing. By which I mean that I will here be musing on subjects like physics, philosophy, literature, reviews of movies or books or TV show episodes, interesting English class discussions, and occasionally on life. There will probably be relationship type musing, but it'll be more general, not specific-oriented, and mostly the observations and conclusions drawn.
I'll try to stay moderately organized about the business.
Think of a building. It is large, made of stone, with wood panelling inside. Think of large bookshelves, and of big plushie arm chairs. Think of... uh... Okay, well, it's not a Starbucks, but definitely coffee and hot chocolate and cider and every good thing. And there's food, and tables--and above all books. There are other doors hanging around. Doubtless with stairs or rooms. Who knows what's behind 'em, though. All you can see is the shelves and shelves of books. (And the food.)
Make yourself at home.
